Pursuant to the bylaws of your Association, THE ANNUAL MEETING of the homeowners will be at: Deer Valley Airport Restaurant (In the side meeting room at the restaurant)
Address: 702 W Deer Valley Rd Phoenix AZ, 85027
When: Tuesday, January 10th 2012 Check in will begin at 6:45 PM and the meeting will be called to order at 7:00 PM.
The purpose of the meeting (bot not limited to): 1. Election of officers to fill expiring/vacant positiions on the Board of Directors. 2. Reports from the officers of the Association 3. Homeowners' forum |

A special "thank you" to those of you who supported the Arroyo Rojo food drive on December 19th. We collected 153 lbs. of food which we delivered to the Foothills Food Bank in Carefree, Arizona. For your information, it takes approximately 30 pounds of food to feed one individual for 3 days and the cost to purchase that 30 lbs. is approximately $64.00 (according to the Food Bank). So, if we do the math, our donation fed 5 people for 3 days. The cost of the food would have been $320.00! Once again, "thank you" for your generous donations. |
